NO FLOATIES NECESSARY: GUPPIES WIN THEIR 4TH STRAIGHT

8/23/02-The Killingworth Guppies have done it again Winning their fourth straight game of the season with ease. The Guppies swam out of the gates fast scoring the first four goals of the game en route to a 9-2 victory over the Cypres Arms. Jason Zito led the offense again scoring three goals and adding two helpers. Mike Halle (2-2-4) and John Carroll (1-2-3) joined into the offensive windfall while maintaining their stonewall defense. Joe Linskey was also strong giving up only two goals on 27 shots. Next up for the Guppies are the defending champion Mapleleafs, This could prove to be the Guppies biggest test of the season. Game time is at 830pm at the ZRink in Glastonbury, CT; plenty good seats are still available.

Side Notes:
- Jason Zito scored a Natural Hat Trick last night by scoring the first three goals of the game.
- Rob Murphy and Brian Mulcahy were both scratched from the line up Thursday night.
- Brian Kelly scored one of the longest goals in Guppies history Thursday night by scoring from the guppies blue line.
- The Guppies are currently enjoying there longest winning streak (4 games) to begin a season.
