2002 - Tom's rookie season with the Guppies was second in voting for rookie of the year honors. A solid defensive defenseman Tom also had an offensive upside scoring 7 points in 8 games with the Guppies.

2002-03 - Tom continued his strong defensive play as the Guppies moved up to Roller B. He was second in point totals among defenseman, scoring 10 points. Helped Guppies to their second straight Championship.

Spring 2003 - Played in all 12 Guppies games that season. Lead the team, with Brian Mulcahy, in penalty minutes (10). Third among Defenseman in scoring. Voted the Guppies Most Valuable Defenseman
