Brian Kelly's Career Highlights

1995 - Named Team's first Captain. Received an assist on the Guppies first goal in team history. Scored the only goal in a 1-0 victory vs Team USA in the Whalers Alumni Tournament. Co-founder of the Guppies Organization.

1996 - Scored the game winning goal in game three of the championship series giving the Guppies their first team Championship. Played the final three games of the regular season with a broken right wrist. Second in league MPV voting.

1997 - Among team leaders in scoring. Lead the Guppies to their second straight regular season Championship.

1998 - Captained the Guppies to their second team Championship. Voted the league's Most Valuable Defenseman in the Championship series.

2001 - Played a key role in bringing back the Guppies after two years of ceased operations. Scored the Game tying goal in the semi-finals, vs the Juggernauts, with 3 seconds remaining. Guppies lost the game in OT.

2002 - Lead the Team in Goals (17) and total points (32). Lead the Guppies to their third Championship scoring a Hat trick in the Championship game. Played in all twelve Guppy games.

2000-03 - Fourth among Goals (12) and Total Points (21).  Helped the Guppies to their second straight Championship and perfect season.

Spring 2003 - Second in Goals and First in Total Points (38). Lead team in Penalty minutes (17).  Received an interference penalty in Championship game with :28 seconds remaining. The GCP would score on that Power Play in OT. Played in all twelve Guppy games.

Summer 2003 - Set a Career High in Goals scored (26) and Total Points (44). Was second among goal scorers and total points. Set a team record for goals scored in one game (7) vs The Knights on Aug 20th. Played in all thirteen Guppy games
